Pricing questions
How am I billed?
Through Shopify's billing system. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice, in the currency Shopify bills you in. We never see your card details.
How does the free trial work?
Each paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per store. You won't be charged if you cancel or uninstall before the trial ends. After the trial, the plan renews every 30 days until you cancel.
What counts as an item?
Each product, customer or collection in a job counts once. A product counts once however many variants it has, so a job that updates 300 products with 4 variants each counts as 300.
Is there a limit on the number of jobs?
No. Plans limit how many items one job can include, not how many jobs you run.
What is an AI assistant action?
A request from a connected AI assistant that starts work or reads your catalog: starting an export, running a template, counting records or a catalog health report. Looking up jobs, errors, templates and your plan doesn't count.
What happens when I reach a monthly limit?
Spreadsheet editor products, AI actions and job emails reset at the start of each calendar month. If you reach one, that feature pauses until the next month or until you upgrade from the Plans page — you are never charged extra automatically.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from the Plans page inside the app, at any time. Shopify handles the change on your invoice. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Charges are handled by Shopify's billing system. If something went wrong, email support@bulkvane.com and we'll sort it out with you.
Does Undo work on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan includes the preview, plain-language errors and 30-day undo. Safety isn't a paid extra.
